Werewolf versus Vampire edited by Brianna Stoddard

I want all kinds of stories focusing on the dark and damned side of these creatures. Don't think too much like "Underworld", that's too tame for this. Think of battling clans with hatred for each other as well as themselves. Try to come up with some really raw, edgy, even noir-type stuff. Give me anything you got! 1,000 to 5,000 word limit.

Standard format applies: Georgia 12 pt. font, single space, no headers footers or special formatting, justified, scene breaks marked with centered ***. Short 3rd person bio at the end of the story. Doc or Rtf formats ONLY.

Email questions, comments, or submissions to briannastoddard@yahoo.com.

It's a crying shame, but I had the perfect story for this anthology at 4,300 words ("Last of the Hunted"). It will appear soon in the Once Bitten, Never Die anthology at Wicked East Press. Maybe if this anthology is still open, after the story's first publication at WEP, are reprints accepted for it?

Yeah that sounds good as long as you have the rights. I almost made it in that one, didn't though. Got the story in Fresh Ground instead.

Hey this sound great but the problem for me is that I am just close to finishing my nanowrimo and its got these two creatures but unfortunately its going for a bigger story in a collection I want to sell. :(
Maybe I might have something in my head of ideas and it might come up with something that might fit. ;) Hope after this weekend, when I need a few days of rest after Nano, my head can come up with something good. :)

I say someday we should all get together and throw a BIG Static Movement party!!! Wouldn't that be fun?

But then again... maybe it's not safe to have so many wickedly clever minds in one place at the same time... LOL
