 IN VINO VERITAS CLOSED
« Thread Started on Mar 29, 2012, 10:47am »

IN VINO VERITAS

send me your drink related stories! In bars, pubs, parties, picnics, barbecues, people drink. What happens when they drink, do they flip, become strangers to those who know them, become clowns ... the choice is yours! Just keep drink in the heart of the story and see where it goes! Dark or light, let's have a range of stories in this anthology.

This is a 'for love only' only anthology.

Send your story with vino or drink in the subject line to
dorothystaticm@gmail.com
please, no headers, single spacing would be good, reprints are fine, no word length either way.

Please send the story as an attachment in anything but odt. I can't always open those. Please ensure the formatting is half decent, indented paragraphs, no extra lines between the paragraphs and dialogue (I have to edit them all out) and most of all, only 1 space between words. I have had a story in where there are 2 spaces between the words, can't be doing with it! Yes, I can find and replace but it is better if it comes in right in the first place. 99% of the stories which come in are fine, I have to say, but a few are not. When there are a lot of stories waiting to be read, I will naturally go to the ones which have been sent in the proper format. It's only natural.

Another brilliant book cover, too, Dorothy. If that's not inspiration right there then I don't know what is. Did Jessie do this?
